Join Penny for this adventure into the early Photographic technique, Cyanotype. This is the first of two cyanotype workshops and introduces you to the basics as well as the possibilities.
This environmentally friendly cyanotype photography workshop will show you how to prepare the chemical emulsion, apply it to surfaces and we will discuss the types of paper/surfaces that are suitable for cyanotypes. You will experiment with planning processes and the design of compositions using contact materials including nature and paper.Most of all you will see that cyanotype brings so many surprises and when you better understand the process you can harness the possibilities and this can bring the most beautiful outcomes and satisfying results.The workshop will include a short light refreshment break and will last approximately 3 hours 18:00 til 21:00.Wednesday 12th March 18:00-21:00
